in kansas city for over ten years. Our business has grown from one to ten employees over the years, and
we continue to grow and expand.
Owner Doug Schaag
received his Business Management degree from Park University where he graduated in 1996. Doug has had a love for
lawn and landscaping since high school and worked for several companies in the industry before opening R&D in 1994.
The experience of seeing how other companies operate as well as a college
education help R&D be one of the most well rounded landscape companies you will ever deal with. From the first
meeting to the final details of the construction phase we pride ourselves on keeping the client involved and the communication
lines open. We strive to create landscapes that match the clients lifestyle.
